Why calls, analytics and chats belong in one product
Most companies buy a voice bot, a quality monitoring tool and a chatbot from different vendors. Each one has to be trained separately, the answers drift apart, and the customer's history splits between phone and messenger.
In Leksta every module uses one knowledge base. Update a policy once and it applies to the bot's calls, to the agent's chat suggestions and to call scoring. Managers open one console and see calls, chats and scores side by side.
Channels and integrations
Calls come from your telephony: A1 Cloud PBX, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH or a SIP trunk, with no change of number or carrier. The call outcome and summary are written to Bitrix24 or amoCRM; the 1C integration is in a pilot on a test database; webhooks and n8n push call and chat events to any system you use. For chats, the website widget, Telegram, Viber and Max are live. Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger are marked coming soon and open after Meta's review.
How it differs from a traditional call center
A traditional call center reviews quality by listening to a sample and pays for salaries and seats. Here the AI scores 100% of recorded calls, and pricing is a subscription with a bundle of minutes and no seat fees. People stay in the loop: the bot hands complex cases to them, and the product does not replace a large contact center with shift planning. See the full AI vs traditional call center comparison.
Where we are today
The product is in pilot: features are verified on our test environment and a demo company. We don't name customers or promise savings percentages. We measure the effect for your business together during the pilot, on your calls and your scenario.
What remains after every conversation
After a call the console keeps the recording, the transcript, a score against your checklist and a short summary of a few sentences. Every score is backed by a quote, and the player jumps to the right second. The CRM receives a note with the outcome, summary, quality score and a link to the call; phone numbers and e-mails in the note text are masked. A manager does not have to listen to recordings one by one: they open the calls scored below the threshold or where the customer sounded negative and review only those.
Where responsibility sits
The robot answers only from the documents you upload and introduces itself as an AI in the greeting. A transcript can be wrong on names and numbers, so conclusions are always shown with a quote. Consent to calls is collected by the company, and the console does not dial rows without a consent mark.
