OnlinePBX can now be connected to the Leksta (beta)

If your company runs on OnlinePBX, connect it with an access key. Every finished call reaches us on its own: we save the recording, transcribe the conversation, score it against your criteria and send the result to your CRM. A lost notification is not a problem: a regular reconciliation finds the call. The connection has been checked on recorded data; it has not run on a customer's live account yet, so we are looking for the first pilot companies. Connecting takes a few minutes: pick OnlinePBX, paste the key and press "Check connection". We turn the PBX extensions into lines and suggest employees, so you only have to accept. Older calls can be loaded for the last few months.
